Accessibility
Knight Jewelry works in good faith to make knightjewelry.store usable. This statement describes that effort and how to ask for help. It is not a claim that the site is WCAG certified.
Effective October 3, 2026·Knight Jewelry
1. Our effort
Knight Jewelry intends this store to be usable with common browsers, keyboard navigation, and assistive technology. We design pages with readable type, visible focus, labeled form fields, and text alternatives for meaningful images where we control the markup.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference for that work. That is a good-faith target, not a guarantee that every page meets every success criterion at all times.
2. Known limits
Parts of the catalog are harder to make fully accessible than a static page:
- Product photographs supplied with the catalog may lack rich alternative text beyond the product name.
- Payment card fields are hosted by Stripe Checkout. Their accessibility is controlled by Stripe, not by Knight Jewelry.
- Some motion, hover, and layout effects may not map cleanly to every assistive-technology combination.
We fix issues we can reproduce. Tell us what page you were on and what you were trying to do.
3. Request an accommodation
If you cannot complete a task on the site — browse, read a product page, use saved details, check out, or find an order — email info@knightjewelry.store with the subject “Accessibility.” Describe the barrier and the page or product. We will work with you in good faith, including taking an order by email when that is a reasonable way to complete the purchase.
4. Not a certification
This page is not a WCAG, ADA, or Section 508 certification, audit report, or VPAT. We do not claim that a third party has certified this site. No badge, footer line, or marketing sentence should be read as a conformance claim.
Purchases remain governed by the Terms of Sale and the other incorporated policies.
